“Affordable loans 5-7-9%” is a state program to support business in quarantine conditions

The government program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” (hereinafter – the Program) was developed in accordance with the Procedure for providing financial state support to small and medium-sized enterprises, approved by Resolution No. 28 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 24, 2020 (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund through banks authorized in accordance with the Procedure. The program was introduced at the initiative of the President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Purpose of the loan: financing of an investment project of MSMEs (investment loan) and replenishment of working capital necessary for the implementation of the investment project in the amount of up to 25% of its value (provided exclusively in combination with an investment loan). Credit funds are provided for:
1) purchase of new or used fixed assets;
2) modernization of existing fixed assets;
3) implementation of construction/reconstruction/repair in the premises of the main economic activity (except office premises);
4) other similar goals, subject to compliance with the participation criteria and in the absence of direct prohibitions in the current legislation of Ukraine.

Credit funds, in accordance with the terms of the Program, will be transferred to the supplier of equipment purchased by the Participant with credit funds or the supplier of fixed assets or services that will be purchased by the Program Participant for his business. Banks participating in the program: JSC CB “Privatbank”, JSC “Oshchadbank”, JSC “Ukreximbank”, JSC “Ukrgazbank”, PUIB, Raiffeisenbank “Aval”, OTP Bank, Mega Bank, Alfa Bank, Credit Agricole and others.
