Quarantine does not exempt from the obligation to comply with the requirements of labor legislation

The Department of Economic Development of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council draws the attention of employers to the need to comply with legislation in the field of wages and employment of the population. To do this, it is necessary to draw up labor relations with employees in a proper manner, timely notify the tax authorities about the hiring of employees and refuse to pay salaries “in envelopes”. Attention employees! By agreeing to work without registering an employment relationship, you automatically and by your own hand deprive yourself of the right to:
1) basic and additional leave;
2) payment of sick leave; to receive assistance in case of injury in the event of an accident at work;
3) receiving unemployment benefits and others.
